30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, body care products, and personal care items cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged.

To start a return, contact us at admin@mellowcos.com with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
